I ran the AVG Antivirus and it says there is Trojan horse Crytic.BTF and i do not have permission to remove it. Its located in c:Windows\System32\winusbc.dll.
How can I remove it?

i recently started to get warnings stating i have a critical threat known as trojan horse cryptic.BTT when i tryed to see what the problem was. it informed me that my RAM memory usage5 is critical low and RAM failure, aslo a hard drive failure and that the hard drive is missing, when i tryed to open the file it stated where the threat was ( C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data ) it then imformed me i didnt have permision to do so and that the files maybe have been moved off the hard drive, i am rather puzzled by this and would be greatfull if you could help me resolve this issue, tanks

my AVG anti-virus resident shield keeps finding a trojan called "trojan horse cryptic.btf". I can find where it is at on my computer (windows/system32/g711codcu.dll) but I can't delete it because it's "hidden" and says I don't have access. I'm the administrator and there is no other way of gaining access. what can I do?
