I have been running in the safe mode and will try regular mode but most of the time it won\'t let me. When it does it\'s only for a short period before it blues out. While in the regular mode I can play music on Itunes but my Windows XP Media Center says, \"visual drivers not found or incompatible.\"

In the safe mode it will not allow me to go to certain download sites like Microsoft or others to get malware software and will often misdirect me to different sites than the intended one.

Different scans that I have been able to do with Malwarebytes etc. have blued the safe mode screen.
