The sound card has got place for 5 jacks. blue: line-in ... pink: mic ... green: front ... black: rear ... orange: centre and sub. now the speakers are plugged into the relevent colours ,green, black, orange respectively and they work fine, but in mixer it only shows 3 colours, green, blue and pink. But the problem now is that I can\'t reinstall my c-media sound drivers. When I want to, the install can\'t be completed. I guess it\'s because there are still c-media files in my register..
What should I do?

When I try to load the sound card software I get the following error message:

Mixer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

error signature:

I have already went into bios and shut down the onboard audio on my motherboard...What can I do to fix this problem?
