i am havina similar problem with my computer, i had my computer upgraded to windows xp and before i did that i had camio viewer since the up grade no camio viewer. and for a long time i could not upload my pics from my camera then one day it decided that it would work, it did a couple of times but i have not been able to since. maybe i dont have the correct software. i purchased the camera from a pawn shop so i did not get orig software with the camera. do you know how i can get my pictures from my camera to my computer
