Problem Summary: Trojan infection
I run Zone Alarm Pro and earlier tonight a program called e.exe tried to ask permission to do something on my computer. I denied it, figuring it was a virus of some sort. I noticed a while later that something was using up my CPU usage, and then occasionally a program I run in the background would ask for permission to monitor user activity or basically keylog me. I ran Zone Alarm Pro virus and spyware scan, didn\'t find anything. I have the most recent updates for Ad-Aware and it didn\'t find anything. Malware Bytes found about 40 infections and got rid of them, says I\'m clean. My CPU is not being used up but I am still having programs ask for permission to keylog and monitor activity, things they have never asked for before. If a program like Firefox had those permissions, popups would appear now and then which I would have to close. I don\'t have the popups but programs keep asking for permission they never asked for before this problem.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
