WINWORD.exe starts and uses a large amount of the CPU. I don\'t know what initiates this process. I am not using Microsoft Word or Outlook. I am using Internet Explorer and Outlook Express. i send out lot of e-mails using mail merger option in word 2007. i use outllok 2007 to send the e-mails.
i give command to send 50 e-mails at a time.
after sending about 100 e-mails the system hangs
word hangs, the cpu memory usage goes 100%
word has to be closed and the memory space becomes free.
i have notd that WINWORD.EXE usage is 50%, SYSTEM is 46%, and SYSTEM IDLE is 4%
i need to send a lot of e-mails.
