i installed 1click dvd and dvd43 in my win xp, after rebooting i could not use them not even use anything that block on my computer.. I need to remove them i cannot since the add remove program cannot be opened; nor that i can open the c:\\program files to del it it freezes too..¨PLS HELP, it\'s extremely urgent. THANKS

I am not sure if I am using the products correctly or if there is problem. I have put a \"Wiggles\" dvd into my external DVD reader/burner. But nothing seems to happen and the green smiley does not appear. Am I doing something wrong? I am using windows xp.
