I no longer have Elink Dial up as I needed DSL and you EL does not offer it; however, when Hughes net hooked me up today TA appeared to be comandeering IE and not letting my DSL run. When i got my computer (windows) it came with all the ads and packages. I said no to all and unistalled most. I am working on a fix for a friends computer. Her windows installer is continously trying to install some form of software related to earthlink. The installer runs on start up when ever any mouse click is preform to open any window. have to cancel the action 15 to 20 times in a row. cannot delete any earthlink realated files. have tried to uninstall through add remove programs but the installer runs and an error is always encountered that the path does not exist or may be on network drive. I believe at this point malware is a likely cause.

I mistakenly loaded earthlink totalaccess, and of course it loaded it\\\'s toolbar.... After un-loading everything (with and without E\\\'link supp help) I am STILL getting a \\\"loading\\\" \\\"earthlink toolbar\\\" pop-up, which of course is trying to load something that is not there. This heppen upon EVERY IE7 window I try to open, as well, as control panel and other such windows. Any clue where the hell this thing is trying to load itself?? I\\\'ll try your removal tool and see if that works....
