How do I identfy what is in startup to shut down eblaster?

All I know is that I just installed pctools spy detector and it asked to block eblaster. I did a web search for eblaster and saw what it was ( my wife had installed it about a year ago and thought it was gone but obviously not entierly) I also have the windows installer box flashing and agent.exe runing wild not sure they are connected but any information you have on either or both would be greatly appreciated.
