Problem Summary: iexplorer.exe
iexplorer.exe in task manager is using up a lot of memory and sometimes prevents me from opening control panel and other things. I can actually hear my computer working when I am not even running any programs and NOT surffing the web. I have searched for hours for a fix. Please help
