well i have some INK and .exe that my computer cant find but when i go to the folder they are in and click on them it has the same results it cant find them

the problem happened after i wrote REGEDIT in RUN and then went to .exe AND THEN WROTE \"%1%\" there.... after that i cannot open anything in any of the C , D, E . drives... the file type shows the sign which i wrote in there... please please please help me ...
