i use 2003b and up till a short while ago, i was able to use the \"send/start icq chat\" facility but lately, it doesn\'t seem to work, saying that \"no connection can be made\" or that there are problems with the peer to peer or firewall settings. however, the same settings existed when it worked okay and i\'ve not changed them since. can you help me please?
