whenever i open msn messenger to sign in suddenly a dialoug box appears and says that u dont hav msnmsgr.exe so u should download it and then try!!!

I have tried
-Restarting Router
-Reinstalling
-Running DLL files
-Removing Caches from IE
-Checked firewall and see if MSN is blocked;which it isn\'t.
Other emails seem to work, apart from my main one. I use Mozilla if thats of any help. I use Norton Internet Security.

After doing as you have said, it seemed the problem still remains. Could it be possible I have missed out some things? Only my main email doesn\'t work.

Hello!rni have an error with my msn messenger. I\'m very sure it\'s the latest version, and i\'ve done everything microsoft asked me to do, ie. reset the firewall settings.rnThe problem is, i couldnt sign in with the msn account i frequently use(a). The error 8100030d keeps popping out. ive tried using some registry deleting where it works for everyone, but it wouldnt work on mine. but the same messenger works fine with my old email account(b). is it something to do with using hotmail.com and live.com? because my (a) account is hotmail.com, whilst the new one is live.com.my, and also, i could sign in account (a) with other computers and not mine. PLease help!rnthis is the second time i created a new account because of the same error, and i do not want to go ll over the trouble again.rnplease, please help me! :(
just fyi, i\'m using windows vista, and have AVG and Avira for my anti-virus software.
