Problem Summary: Can\'t open programs
My computer has recently been unable to open any programs other than internet explorer. I opened my task manager to see if the programs were running, but all I found were about 20 programs called spools.exe. I removed them all from the list and tried to open MS word. When I tried to run the program, a new spools.exe would appear. I have tried to remove any programs I have recently installed, but I cannot open the Add/Remove programs application, not can I open the System Restore application. I've also tried downloading software that says it can eliminate my problem, but since I can't open anything, it hasn't helped me out. Please let me know if there is anything I can possibly do to get my computer working again.
