4od not working

I have downloaded the 4 on demand program onto my computer and the installation works fine, except nearing the end of the installation a window comes up with Error:0x80004005. But the installation completes itself and says 4od was succesfully installed but then when I try to open 4od, it does not open at all. I have tried deleting the program and reinstallating it but still the same problem.
