sky player would not work so I uninstalled it I then tried to reinstall and got error message 2738 \"could not access vbscript run time for custom action2 I rang sky and they talked me through the process I had put in regsvr32 vbscript.dll wrong the person from sky told me to get rid of kontiki which I did and sky reinstalled as it should but when I tried to stream a movieto watch I got the message\"delivery manager\" is not responding. I again rang sky who said it was my broadband server that was at fault and I should ring them as yet I have not rung because I am with talk talk and I do not understand what they are saying, does kontiki install with sky player or do I have to do it myself if that is the problem I am running vista

i have downloaded 4 on demand and i cant get it to open. i checked on the internet and followed the instructions which were as follows:
1. Check if KService has been registered as a Windows service.
A. In Windows XP:- Click \'Start\' then \'Run\'.
- Type services.msc and press enter/return.
B. In Windows Vista:
- Open the search box on the start menu type services.msc and press enter/return.
- Follow and UAC prompts.
2. On the list of services look for \'KService\'.
A. If it is present and does not have a status of \'Started\' the right-click on it and select Start. Attempt to start 4oD.
B. If it is not present continue with step 4 below.
3. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges:
A. In Windows XP:
- Ensure you are logged in as an Administrator.
- Click \'Start\' the \'Run\'.
- Type cmd and press enter/return.
B. In Windows Vista:
- Open the search box on the start menu and type cmd.
- Right-click on the cmd program that is shown.
- Select \'Run as Administrator\' and follow the UAC prompts.
4. Highlight all of the line below, right click on it and choose Copy.
\"C:\\Program Files\\Kontiki\\KService.exe\" -service
5. Right click in the black Command Prompt Window and choose Paste, then hit the Enter/Return button

but when i di this it displayed an error message saying system error 16389

I have downloaded 4od and BBC iplayer which worked fine but suddenly stopped working. I cannot get kservices to start no matter what i try. I have tries every method i have found on message boards such as uninstall, kclean etc etc. If i click on the software nothing happens. This seems to be a widespread problem but no one has a solution. I have even tried to get it to start using cmd but again it fails. I have deleted everything off my computer including adobe, using kclean and reinstalled but again nothing will start. Hope you can help.
