A b.exe process appeared in my task manager.

Problem Summary: A b.exe process appeared in my task manager.
A couple of days ago I saw a process called b.exe in the task manager. I immediatly thought it was somekind of malware so I download HJT software and deleted all the registry entries I found suspicious. However, I am still getting pop-ups from publicity and while I try to access some pages the URL is changed to other site. In my task manager window I do not see anymore the b.exe process or any other c.exe process. I have already deleted the files b.exe and c.exe from the TEMP folder. I believe it might still be something about the b.exe thing but I am not sure. I know that this trojan is called the Lampsy Trojan but I do not know if I have already cleaned my PC of it and there is something else bringing up the publicity and the pop-ups.
