taken all the steps to get YPOPS, but when I go to account settings and try to test the account settings, I get the following error. \"554 cannot send message\" What to do?

I installed ypops so that i may use my yahoo mail with my outlook 2007. I\'ve searched online about how to setup the email and i followed the directions with ypops. It told me to use localhost for both the incoming and outgoing and then in the settings to check the box for authentication. When i ran the test the \"Send test-email message\" was completed but then an error box popped up saying \"Sorry, the page you requested was not found.\"
