GW Reminder is unable to initialize gwutil.dll

Problem Summary: GW Reminder is unable to initialize gwutil.dll
I had to replace the hard drive and was able to copy my old HD to the new one. However now when I boot a message comes up from GW Reminder Service indicating gwutil.dll could not initialize. If I try to open the program it displays an error message that it is having trouble with a database and exits.
