Problem Summary: GW doesnt work!
right now i am getting a could not intialize GWUTIL.DLL error and earlier i was also getting a could not locate database error... please help!

After it is installed and I click on the icon on the desktop it comes up and says \"sorry cannot find data base\". I have also had it come up with \"could not enitalize GWUTH...DLL. the product # is 53843-324-9106183-13583. It has always run on my little 2002 laptop with windows xp but it would never run on our big computer with windows xp, it one is dead and I just got a new one with Vista and lots of Ram but it won\'t run, it just says \"could not find data base\"

Every time try to print gives software problem and shuts greeting down.

Can\'t print projects from greeting workshop while using windows vista. Never had the problems with earlier versions of windows.

Trying to install an old version of Greetings Workshop, seems to install then get the could not..... etc message. I have other card programs but always liked the simplicity of this one.
