MS Money activation problem on VISTA Business

I used the trail version of MS Money Plus and then yesterday I purchased it online and downloaded and installed the purchased version. I initially did this install while signed on to VISTA with my (husband) user ID and password since I am the admin user. It installed and activated OK and shows to expire 12/29/2010. Next I logged off and signed in to VISTA with my wife\'s user ID and password (not an admin user) and when I started MS Money it asked me again to \"activate money\" so I did this and it said the the activation was succesful, but when I started MS Money Plus it continues to ask me to activate and says that I only have one day remaining to activate and the expiration date shows 12/31/2008 which was the end of my \"trial offer\". If I log off as my wife and log on as myself MS Money works fine and shows activated, but every time I sign on to VISTA with my wife\'s user ID and password MS Money tells me that I must activate and that I only have one day remaining. Please help!

No longer use MSMoney which came with my PC, running VISTA. Uninstalled MSMoney and since then (6 months ago) whenever I run a variety of registry fix programs they always hang up and need to be aborted.
One just run that comes with Advanced WindowsCare V2 Pro, and it at least shows the steps as it scans the registry, but when it gets to a part called Open Scan it runs for a while then gets stuck, and shows that it is at the file \"msmoney.exe.\"
Any suggestions would be welcome.
