How to fix P2P

About 3 months ago, Ares just appears to have stopped working. I have about 75 gig worth of different sitcom\'s and other audio files, and now when I click on the Ares Icon, it opens in a new window, and nothing. I use Charter Communications as my ISP and am unsure if the have blocked. I click on Search and nothing shows up. I have been using Ares for a couple of years, and now nothing.. I really liked Ares and would love to use it again. I am using 2.1.1.3035 version..
