Problem Summary: PC TATTTLETALE
Hi i got a laptop for xmas, which contianed a free trail for Macafee, after the free trail ran out i then removed it and planned to download Avast. However when i came to turn my laptop on it was very slow on log in then as my desktop loaded it was apparent that my laptop wasn\'t working. A friend of mine then helped and I installed contless amounts of cleaners/removers Xsoft spy se, ccleaner etc a few detected this pc tattletale in a window32 floder and i was informed this is somehow connected to the drivers of my laptop, at this point i an very confused!!!
the main problem i have is being able to only use my laptop in safe mode. after the problem not being solved for a long period of time i began to seearch for this pc tattletale on the web looking in forums etc so PLEASE STRONG HOLD help me !!!

Error when opening Outlook

I receive an error every time I open Outlook 2003 say \"C:\\....\\olsecurity.dll is not a valid office add-in.\" From my research this is a carry over when we had PCTattletale on this computer. I found a fix on the net, but it requires reactivating this dll, but no longer have this dll since it was removed from my system by my spyware program. I just want to get rid of this error. Everything else works great.
