I was on website system started to download sofware.. tried to stop but it would not allow. I rebooted system .. tried to log back in and was not able to get desktop.. (access violation at address 004041d6 in module sysutil read of address fffffff9 issue with desktop.inin files marked as dangerous in local settings\\history..

I am able to login as another user.
