I purchased and loaded Quicken Premiere 2009 from the Quicken Website. I was using Quicken 2005 which was working fine, but decided upgrade. After loading Quicken Premiere 2009, it opened and I was able to open my files from the 2005 version. I tried to back up the files, but it would not let me back up the files and the program crashed. After this I kept getting the message, quicken launcher has stopped working. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it as and administrator but I just kept getting the error message. I went to the Quicken Website and downloaded QcleanUI Tool, and ran that to uninstall the program. I tried installing it again, and still got the same error message. I tried to reintall Quicken 2005, and now I get the same message with that. Now I cannot use any version of Quicken.

I went to Quicken email help and call back several times following their instructions to delete Quicken program & reinstall, but to no avail.They ended up telling me that they can\'t help me because there must be a conflict with another program.
