4. Manually fix browser problems

These ads are on every page on each browser. I do not recall downloading anything to cause this madness. My system is slower than it used to be and these ads are a nuisance. Ive looked through my Control Panel and there are no traces of the GetSavin program. I even downloaded the GetSavin Removal and it said it found no traces on my system.
