Here are the descriptions of problems connected with RightSurf and rightsurf .dll we received earlier:

Problem Summary: Can't uninstall rightsurf

I know I'm supposed to uninstall it by using the control panel but it doesn't appear on the list of programs and features to uninstall so I don't know what to do.
Also when I try to run the uninstaller in the rightsurf folder it is blocked by my avast so I'm a bit scared to do it that way but I will if I have to. I will attach the uninstaller as well just in case.

Problem was successfully solved. Ticket was closed.
