From today, I have a problem to start up my computer normally......no inital screen with system register, just windows and black screen and then is strating with lot of messages, one of them is scardsvr.exe application error - not memory to be written - yes to cancel the program, no to debug program, and other messages, every time I start up iti si two or three different, crazy and boring, I just do not crash system...
I would remove it.
