Traces of raid.sys, sdbot, lockx, etc in registry.

Problem Summary: Traces of raid.sys, sdbot, lockx, etc in registry.
Hi,
Thanks for your help.
The problem I have is that my pc (an HP Pavilion Slimline s7510.uk) had a new power-pack installed recently by a local technician. When he brought my machine back he said that he'd had to, "...clear my password", when he was repairing it. I thought nothing of it at the time.
Since then I have looked at my PC's startup items using SpyBot S&D and found that there are several copies of CTFMON.EXE, several user accounts, and references to a program called dwtrig20.exe all of which didn't exist before my machine went for repair. When these are selected SpyBot's information bar gives various messages about them being linked with RAIDYS, SDBOT-AVX, and various other 'nasties' able to compromise my machine's security.
The regisrty contains traces of raid.sys, sdbot, lockx, and several other worrying files - details given below...
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1545844507-3858721527-4127804234-1008\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5603]
"000"="VXH8JKDQ2.EXE"
"001"="raid"
"002"="lockx"
"003"="sdbot"
"004"="bind.exe"
"005"="sfc_os"
"006"="raid.sys"
"007"="ctfmon"
"008"="dwtrig20"
"009"="drwatson"
"010"="dwtrig20.exe"
"011"="HPBootOp.exe"

I have scanned with SpyBot S&D, Antivir and ZoneAlarm Security Suite for Adware and Spyware with no results. I have also run an online symantec security scan which indicates that all of my PC's ports are safe. I've even searched All Files and Folders for names such as raid.sys, lockx, etc with no results.

Has this technician simply used some viral software to gain access to my system for legitimate reasons, or do you think he may be up to something far more suspicious.

I apologise for the long explaination but I'm worried that as I've accessed my bank account on-line since the machine was returned, my details may already have been stolen.

Thanks again for considering my problem and I look forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Andy Cooper
