i think this file is infected with a trojan or a worm. i can only start windows xp sp3 in the debugger mode . when i do it says there is something wrong with sysmgr.exe and it need to debug it. afterwards i can use my pc just fine until i restart it. when windows starts normaly, it shows a blues screen saying that my computer needs to be shut down to prevent further damage to it and that i should disable BIOS cache and shadowing.
my Malwarebytes\' Anti-Malware antivirus removes the trojan after i start windows in debugging mode, but the virus is back after every restart.
