cant get into registry

Problem Summary: cant get into registry
i have had a virus but removed it but i downloaded a program call zango and now i cant get rid of it through anyway possible and it keeps popping up on my screen as a warning. the application or dllc:\program files\zango\10.3.70.0\hostOE.dll is not a valid windows image.
explorer is not working and i cant download any registry cleaner to try and get rid of it.
I went into the registry before pulled out some files and typed unistall and then hit merge , not sure whether this caused the problem.

Each time we try to enter AOL the program gets hung up on its Screen Name Utility. We can enter Internet Explorer for Yahoo and Google. When I did an Alt/Shift/Delete I could see that under processes that ieexplorer was hung up.
