cant get into registry

i have had a virus but removed it but i downloaded a program call zango and now i cant get rid of it through anyway possible and it keeps popping up on my screen as a warning. the application or dllc:\\program files\\zango\\10.3.70.0\\hostOE.dll is not a valid windows image.
