I have a 3rd party server that I am trying to backup to a serv-U FTP server. I can manually FTP to the server and log in. I can even use the put command to manually send data to the Serv-U. Problem Summary: unable to connect to serv-U

I\'ve been running serv-U 7.0 for several months now. Everything was fine until last week, now I can\'t connect. When running an open port tool on port 21 I get a timeout. I have turned my firewall off but it makes no difference. My ISP assures me that they are not blocking port 21. What else could it be?
