Problem Summary: Hard Drive/External HD/ SD card

I have found out and with the help of others I have found out that there may be a silly virus on my devices. Those devices being the hard drive on my computer, my external hard drive, and my SD card. My external hard drive and SD card are literally my life and because the virus is on my SD card it won't allow the camera I have to create folders to hold the pictures I take. I must mention I am a photographer and this is pretty much my dependence. The SD card is essential to my field of work and so is my EHD for backing up my pictures and files. Please help, I'm on the edge right now. I already missed one event this past night, please help me not lose another one. Also from the assumptions of some tech people the "silly virus" just covers my files and pictures so I can't really delete or remove anything without help. So please help. The file I'm attaching I don't know if it's corrupt but it's something of my SD card and thought it may be corrupt because the folder it was in was shaded.
