New printer was installed and the old was removed, but this list above is occurring when I click on printer properties on the new printer. I've manually removed all references to the old printer including ones in the registry that weren't removed when the software was uninstalled. Printer is a HP4200 Series and the old printer is a HPD2100 Series. rnrnComputer is an HP running windows XP and is up to date on windows patches.
