When i start up my computer (WinXP SP2), after i get the welcome screen i receive the error msgs \"Application Failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)\" which pops up about 2-3 times. then my deskop top background image loads but nothing else. All my icons that where on the desktop are gone, i have no task bar at the bottom and no time, just the background desktop image. if i press Atl+Ctr+Del, then a error massage will appear (taskmgr.exe application error)i hav alos another error (rundll32.exe error with the same \"Application Failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)\" how can i solve these problem .please tell me sir my pc is know worthless.

when i load my computer up explorer.exe does not load so i do not have a tool bar or icons and when i load task manager and click new task and it says
\"this application has failed to start because COMRes.dll was not found. re-installing this application may help\"
after clicking that around 10 times i can browse and then when i select an app like firefox, the message appears again and if i click it a few times it goes and firefox will load, but explorer will not load when i type explorer.exe it says windows cannot find \'explorer.exe.
what can i do to get explorer back?

I can not activate the task manger in windows xp no matter what I try. When you press ctrl+alt+del does nothing, the same with ctrl+shift+esc, and from task bar. I even replaced taskmgr.exe and it still doesn\'t work. No matter how you try to make it come up, nothing happens. Have running Avast and McFee antivirus, malwarebyte, ccleaner, and registry mechanic, and they find nothing wrong. Help would be appreciated.
