My bluetooth adapter no longer operates. I tried to re-install the Broadcom software, but I get a message saying that another installation of it already exists. Unfortunately, I can't remove it because it doesn't appear in the Programs Add/Remove list on my Windows 2000 PC. Is there a driver/software cleaner? The bluetooth adapter that I have is Iogear's Model GBU221 (software written by Broadcom). Can you help? Iogear cannot.
