Too many msconfig files

Problem Summary: Too many msconfig files
I have several msconfig files. c:\\windows\\syetm32\\dllcache ; c:/windows\\pchealth\\helpctr\\binaries. I have deleted the msconfig files that shows it was created 9/05/08 as an obvious fake; but the other two are sized 166k and have the 08/04/04 dated. What is the best course. I have unchecked the startup files associated with it\'s activitites.
