Problem Summary: TrustInBar detected by System Mechanic - unable to remove

I ran System Mechanic Professional 8 on my laptop which uses the Windows Vista OS. The program detected the TrustInBar plug-in as a spyware. It shows the component type coming from the BlackBerry Desktop Manager application loader file. System Mechanic has unsuccessfully tried to remove it and each time it does, my laptop crashes, bringing up the Blue Screen. I have run two other anti-spyware programs and they didn\'t detect TrustInBar. I\'d appreciate it if you could provide a solution to this. Thanks.

Our support team contacted Jesse Conrad with the solution of the problem described.
