The Win32/Sality virus has affected our servers and the applications that run on them.\r\nHave installed Microsoft Forefront and it halts the infected *.exe files and cleans them but it\r\ncant seem to eliminate the virus totally from the system.\r\n\r\nMost symptoms are as described by others. Infected *.exe files cant run, task manager disabled etc..\r\n\r\njust need to get rid of the root virus as Forefront is just cleaning files but not eliminating the root cause\r\n\r\nthanks\r\n

Be saying that safe mode have been disabled i mean that whenever i try to start in safe mode, the system restarts again..\r\nSo i have started \'MSCONFIG\' and stopped all services and disabled all startup services...
