I have a malware problem, please help

Problem Summary: I have a malware problem, please help
I was browsing the web and came a cross a site that required some sort of activex plugin (or something like that), it felt like some malicious software but i went ahead with it anyway (sigh).
The file i downloaded was called Setup.exe, i executed it and after a few seconds, it dissapeared. Next thing i know, windows explorer kept crashing and reseting every 10 seconds or so. Kaspersky found a trojan and deleted infected files and quarantined 3 dlls, but after a restart, the problem persisted.
I started googleing for the issue and i found one solution that said it was a virus that copies itself in the \"startup\", so i ran MSCONFIG, went to the startup tab and found 2 weird items, kdltw.exe located in windows\\system32 and sndcfg16, so i unchecked them and restarted. Windows explorer stopped crashing, but now, at each startup, internet explorer will suddenly open by itself and open a random advertisement site, so the problem is still there and i dont know what to do.
