Had a old version of ad-ware and normally run the updates to get the most current version of the changes.. this time it told me that there was an anniversary version for free and so I down loaded it. Rebooted system, and then ran the new software and it said it found this virus along with about 45 other problem files. I told it to remove it and it came back and said it did. Then told me to reboot. Which I did, and when it came up, a blue screen came up during the reboot saying something about boot registery. But the reboot finished normally. I since then tried getting into my email accounts - yahoo and hotmail with major difficulty. So I ran this software again - adware and the same virus was found. How do I permanently remove this? And did it come into my system through this new version of the anniversary issue of the adware software? Thanks for you help in advance.
