Not sure what to identify, nor what to trust.

Problem Summary: Not sure what to identify, nor what to trust.
I went here>www.free-tv-video-online.info
and tried to look at Underworld-rise of the lycan
started to look at the movie, and tried to click on the high definition option, for a possible better resolution.
My Mcafree site advisor turned red, and I freaked out. I just tried to click out of the entire browser....
then I received a message telling me that I may have downloaded something that is harmful/not desired, in the form of a bundle, and to try to remove it from the add/remove program.
I couldnt recognize anything that need removing.
I started a Mcafree scan, which came back with a green check. then I received a virus doctor screen tellin me I needed to download virus doctor.
i downloaded antivirus uninstaller.exe 2x. but never ran it.
it kept popping up for me to dwnload it again and again. something seemed fishy...
I feel as though something went wrong.
then i scanned my computer with super anti spyware, the free version, it came back clean. but i am reading that i may now have a trojan, or worm.
dllhost.exe
i dont know what to identify as harmful....i tried looking in the processes in task manager, am clueless...there is a short little noise on my laptop now. Its scaring me. i searched for the dllhost.exe in all files and folders and it came up as changed as of tonight at 10:45
DLLHOST-5353C76C.pf
some info says this dll host is necessary
some say its a worm, or a trojan
i am paranoid of opening anything to scan and possibly get rid of it. cause I dont know what is lying to me.
can you help me in any way?
