Hi,\r\n\r\nMy problem is that when I tried installing fifa 2008 on my computer, after the full installation when i want to play the game and click on the game icon, then I get an error that says \"The procedure entry point D3DPERF_SetMarker could not be located in the dynamic link library d3d9.dll.\"\r\n\r\nI thought this is a DirectX issue, so i tried to re-install DirectX many times but it did not work. When i run the DirectX set-up (tried more versions, same prob) i get the \"next\" button after which it\'s supposed to install, but when i press it it instantly finishes installing, and as far as i recall it takes at least ~10 seconds. \r\n\r\nIf i run dxdiag all is fine, it appears installed with no probs, however, i can\'t play the game.\r\n\r\nI googled only to find people having the same problem with no answers. except for someone that said I should delete the d3d9.dll in my FIFA 08 folder, (there was no d3d9.dll there). and another saying to copy the d3d9.dll from drive C to my FIFA 08 folder.\r\n\r\nI Rebooted the system; also Reinstalled the game more than three times.\r\n\r\nall didn\'t work, still the same error message no advances at all. If you could shed some light on this i would be greatly obliged.\r\n\r\nThank you!

unboxed computer, hooked up keyboard, mouse, internet,montor, and power,
Turned on computer, it booted up, went on line to set up some things, then i got a window that said (access violation,6cb616b7) couldn\'t go farther until I clicked OK, did that. window went away, anti-virus booted up and set up and said it was ready, and I needed to restart computer, after that my computer wouldn\'t boot up, went to start normally, last known conf, safe mode,ect ,ect
I can\'t get my computer to go past this window, tried every solution,F10-F8- every aspect of set up and all i knew to do, I don\'t know anything else to do,for my machine won\'t go to safe mode, I can\'t get in to change anything, someone give me some ideas what to do just to get into my computer, comfused
