Hi,
I\'m running Sophos and it gave a message saying my laptop (not this one...) was infected with spyware. We ran its Virus Scan and it found TIBSPAK and we did what it said to remove it then restarted. Now we can\'t get back in to Windows, it just goes to a blank screen after logon and that\'s it. We\'ve tried starting in safe mode, then it goes to a different blank screen but all we can run is Task Manager so that doesn\'t seem much help. I assume the clean up thing has removed a file that Windows needs. Is there a way to fix it without reinstalling Windows?
