Problem Summary: dll files trying to connect to internet through Rundll32.exe

2-3 dll files have appeared in system32 folder which are trying to connect to net always. System has slowed down too.
I tried removing them from startup thru MSCONFIG but they keep coming back, sumtimes with different names.
Registry entries have been made. can\'t delete the specific entry too in registry. just appears again on pressing F5.
They appear as--- Rundll32.exe \"C:\\windows\\system32\\dupateki.dll\",s
