I even tried to run chkdsk in safe mode

i have pretty well verified that the file with the name winlogin.exe is the start the virus poblems i am having on my pc, the file is located in C:\\Users\\Drako\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\ when i try to delete it from that file, it will not, and my anti virus isnt picking it up as a threat, how do i remove it before it causes me any more problems

Winlogin.exe - Application Error

The instruction at 0xfaff7a80 referenced memory at 0xfaff7a80. The memory could not be written.

Everytime I click OK or close this pop up the screen goes black and then it shows the same error again. I have tried doing a system restore in safe mode but when it restarted it went to the same error message before it can even let me log in. I tried many options in the F8 list and they do not fix this problem. What else can i do to fix this problem?
