In both cases before asking for refund please open support ticket and describe your problem in detail. In 90% of all refund request cases we were able to solve the problems of clients in 24 hours from the moment of initial request. If you still want to get refund, please read our Refund Policy carefully and find the most appropriate paragraph for your case there. Please note, that there are no exceptions from the rules listed there. If you found out that your case is refundable, open support ticket with subject "Refund request" where describe in detail why you request refund, what problems you had with our products.
