i have xoftspyse and i scanned and i had this trojan. i went to my registry to locate it, but it wasnt there, but each time i scan with XoftSpySE, it says i have this trojan. im so lost.

I have know idea how it got on the computer. Now it opens with a "active desktop recovery" error on the desktop. the screen clears and resets every 30 seconds or so, the "all programs, control pannel and connections" are lost form my start menu. Safe mode doesen'tseem to be working either

I have a spyware scanner that i have ran 6+ times and this trojan keeps showing up, i think it might be the main reason my computer keeps saying i have a virus. My computer wont let me access my hard drive and my cd-rom wont read a norton anti-virus disc to install it.

I had a window telling me I needed a "VIDEO ACTIVEX MEDIA CODEC" update. I allowed it and now my system is corrupted. The registry is messed up. In Windows XP normal mode, my Control Panel, Programs Icon, and My Computer Icons are GONE. I tried SpyHunter but it is still not working. What can I do?
