I can no more use WMM

Problem Summary: Cannot remove MovieMaker
Even if files are deleted they immediately re-install. I'm assuming that this is a virus of some sort and would like to remove it. I've never used the program and in fact have no idea how it got on to my machine. Would appreciate any help. Thank you.
