I have been trying to use a new webcam and skype for the first time. When I first installed webcam and skype it worked fine. Then I restarted computer and make a call via skype and skype had the error \"Problem with playback device\" and my webcam wasn\'t working. I called logitech (webcam manufacter) and they walked me thru and only through a clean start they were able to determine that the camera did indeed work but skype was still having problem with playback device.
