often when i am in "my copmuter" and when i search for something in my computer a message will appear that says window explorer is not responding and is looking for a solution, and then the start bar, shortcuts and other icons disappear and the only way to access them again is to restart the computer, i can still use programs that i was already using before the event but i can not find, open or search new programs. this happen quite regualry and is very time concuming having to restart my computer.

somehow i have gotten this virus. It uses 100% of my CPU when you watch it in task manager and it stops me from going on the net or downloading anything. My homepage will open but as soon as i put a new address in the address bar and try to connect to the new site it freezes and another window pops up and starts to load but then re loads. when i try to close the windows it freezes and goes to "Not Responding" and unless i try to get both windows to close at once another window that just reloads continues to pop up until i close them both at once. I have tried to download so many different cleaners and put them onto the computer and sure enough they find stuff but only gets rid of what its found sometimes and nothings found this particular virus.

Hello,
I bought Adobe CS3 but when I tried to install it it shows a message saying to close the application iexplore.exe and then click Try Again. I had unplugged my internet cable at that time.. I tried going to Ctrl+Alt+Del and I saw there were 2 iexplore.exe instead of just one. And whenever I ended the process on one of them it re appeared!
Please, I don't know what to do. I've looked through a million web-sites and I haven't found the solution to my problem. And it's really important for me to install Adobe CS3. How can I get rid of iexplore.exe?
